The float switch is approved for use in potentially explosive atmospheres due to the presence of gases, vapours or mists in accordance with the ATEX directive.

The intrinsically safe module with Atex power supply is an
all-in-one Basic with level control. It is a solution for both Atex pumps and ID EX pumps for hydrocarbons. The module can be used in non-hazardous areas for Zone 1.

The intrinsically safe module is designed for DIN rail mounting.

The electronic level sensor indicator must be used in a safe area and installed in a suitable control panel. When connected to an ATEX submersible level transmitter, the indicator must be connected to an active barrier with intrinsic safety and EX protection.
The display unit has a size of 96 x 48 (1/8 DIN) with an integrated tracker function and the front panel is equipped with a silicone membrane keyboard IP54 with 4 digits and a 128×64 monochrome LCD display with backlight.

The new Maxi Filter System is designed to prevent the electric pump from clogging under difficult conditions. The Maxi Filter is made of filtering tubes and can be used in landfills where water with solid fibrous sediments and leachate is present.
If sized, installed and inspected correctly, the filter can help save a considerable amount of time during routine maintenance of the plant.
It has a cylindrical structure made of AISI 304 stainless steel and a very large contact surface with the pumped liquid. At the bottom of the cylinder there are special molded technopolymer washers that allow the electric pump to be centered and anchored.

Maximum wear resistance is ensured by the wireless, inductive charging method. With careful maintenance, reliable use over several years is guaranteed. High-quality and, above all, comprehensive illumination is ensured by luminous flux packages of up to 230 lumens, which enable pleasant working at the place of use.

The two narrow-beam optics of the IX-DUALSPOT cap lamp ensure maximum light range and illumination at a distance. The current explosion protection guarantees maximum safety in hazardous situations. We recommend using the IX-PERFORMANCE for longer shifts where burn times of up to 12 hours are required. And if increased flexibility is needed, the IX-POWER is the best option.

The lamps are ideal for a range of industrial applications due to their weight of just 145 grams and a maximum light output of 230 lumens. A charging cradle from the M-System makes it possible to use the helmet lamp easily and simply. There are two versions of the lamps, which vary according to operating mode and burn time. The following tables explain the differences again using technical information. KSE-LIGHTS helmet lamps are available on different helmet types with different adapter systems, as well as directly on the head with a headband.

With a 0/21 ATEX certification, the lamp can be taken into the most dangerous areas and provides sufficient light for up to 11 hours. The KS-6800 helmet lamp is our lightest helmet lamp at 86 grams and, with 115 lumens and two LEDs, provides enough light for your mobile workspace. The 7090 head torch is the ideal companion for light and safety. With the rubber band, the lamp can be worn both on the helmet and directly on the head. The silicone strips on the band ensure that it does not slip, even during hectic movements. The soft and padded band promises a high level of comfort.

The ex-protected torch is powered by four AA batteries. Despite its low weight, it is impact and shock resistant.

The explosion-proof LED torch KS-9900 is a compact work and inspection light for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.

The explosion-proof hand lamp KS-8810 is a hand lamp for use in potentially explosive atmospheres and is used, for example, as a fire brigade torch. The lamp is powered by four AA cells. Despite its low weight, it is impact and shock resistant.

The big brother of our HL-1000-EX achieves light values of up to 1500 lumens and, thanks to its large battery, can provide light for up to 16 hours. Six lenses in the lamp head provide both a narrow and a wide beam angle. The four light modes can be quickly and easily switched using the button on the lamp head.

With the new SUPAHERO series, you can always carry a powerful 400 lumens in a compact and ergonomic format directly with you. The torch has numerous other features such as contactless charging technology, a tilt-up function, SmartClip or an emergency light function in the event of a power failure.

The TL-EX series is our cable-connected, explosion-proof room luminaire. These luminaires can also be used to safely and reliably illuminate large potentially explosive areas. The TL-EX2 is a stationary explosion-protected room light for when it needs to be really bright. The luminaire is Atex-compliant up to zone 1/21. One luminaire can contain up to 5 LED modules and achieves a luminosity of over 33,000 lumens.

The IX charger can be used either for the socket (Fig. 1) or for use in the car (Fig. 2). These are two different chargers. The inductive charging process prevents possible corrosion on the charging contacts.
