This Magmate™ USB Rechargeable Dual-Light Headlamp with 160 lumens is cULus, ATEX and IECEx Zone 0 listed as intrinsically safe for use in explosive environments. This headlamp features an adjustable, tiltable head that is powered by an integrated Li-polymer battery for extended runtime. Front-mounted dual switches provide easy access to high beam for long-range illumination, low beam for close-up work, and dual light for maximum illumination, versatility, and user safety. The XPR-5562GX is equipped with a rugged rubber head strap for a fireman's or hard hat and is powered by Li-Ion batteries.

Maximum wear resistance is ensured by the wireless, inductive charging method. With careful maintenance, reliable use over several years is guaranteed. High-quality and, above all, comprehensive illumination is ensured by luminous flux packages of up to 230 lumens, which enable pleasant working at the place of use.

The two narrow-beam optics of the IX-DUALSPOT cap lamp ensure maximum light range and illumination at a distance. The current explosion protection guarantees maximum safety in hazardous situations. We recommend using the IX-PERFORMANCE for longer shifts where burn times of up to 12 hours are required. And if increased flexibility is needed, the IX-POWER is the best option.

The lamps are ideal for a range of industrial applications due to their weight of just 145 grams and a maximum light output of 230 lumens. A charging cradle from the M-System makes it possible to use the helmet lamp easily and simply. There are two versions of the lamps, which vary according to operating mode and burn time. The following tables explain the differences again using technical information. KSE-LIGHTS helmet lamps are available on different helmet types with different adapter systems, as well as directly on the head with a headband.

With a 0/21 ATEX certification, the lamp can be taken into the most dangerous areas and provides sufficient light for up to 11 hours. The KS-6800 helmet lamp is our lightest helmet lamp at 86 grams and, with 115 lumens and two LEDs, provides enough light for your mobile workspace. With a clip on the back, the lamp can be attached to various safety helmets – for all others, there is our FlexHold, which can be attached to almost any safety helmet.

The 7090 head torch is the ideal companion for light and safety. With the rubber band, the lamp can be worn both on the helmet and directly on the head. The silicone strips on the band ensure that it does not slip, even during hectic movements. The soft and padded band promises a high level of comfort.

The IX charger can be used either for the socket (Fig. 1) or for use in the car (Fig. 2). These are two different chargers. The inductive charging process prevents possible corrosion on the charging contacts.
