The cable is suitable for permanent immersion in water
water for up to 10 bar.
The cable has reliable resistance to harsh weather conditions, mechanical strength and thermal stress.

The flexible cable is suitable for immersion in hydrocarbons in accordance with Par. 6.4 of the EN
13617-1 standard. The operating temperature during immersion must be at least
-20 °C and a maximum of +80 °C.

The float switch is approved for use in potentially explosive atmospheres due to the presence of gases, vapours or mists in accordance with the ATEX directive.

The intrinsically safe module is designed for DIN rail mounting.

The electronic level sensor indicator must be used in a safe area and installed in a suitable control panel. When connected to an ATEX submersible level transmitter, the indicator must be connected to an active barrier with intrinsic safety and EX protection.
The display unit has a size of 96 x 48 (1/8 DIN) with an integrated tracker function and the front panel is equipped with a silicone membrane keyboard IP54 with 4 digits and a 128×64 monochrome LCD display with backlight.

The new Maxi Filter System is designed to prevent the electric pump from clogging under difficult conditions. The Maxi Filter is made of filtering tubes and can be used in landfills where water with solid fibrous sediments and leachate is present.
If sized, installed and inspected correctly, the filter can help save a considerable amount of time during routine maintenance of the plant.
It has a cylindrical structure made of AISI 304 stainless steel and a very large contact surface with the pumped liquid. At the bottom of the cylinder there are special molded technopolymer washers that allow the electric pump to be centered and anchored.

The portable oil pump is available in aluminum-copper (AC) and copper-beryllium (BC).

ATEX pumps in accordance with Directive 2014/34/EU are suitable for potentially explosive atmospheres. The DERBY EX with open cast iron impeller prevents blockages.

The ATEX pumps, according to the 2014/34/EU directive, can be installed in potentially explosive atmospheres. The 4” submersible multistage electric pumps for wells, characterized by a floating impeller system, allow the pumping of leachate and polluted liquids with small solids to be managed with ease. The impellers and diffusers are made of special technopolymer with ceramic inserts at the points subject to wear. The temperature of the pumped liquid: +40 °C maximum.

Horizontal surface centrifugal pumps in block construction suitable for pumping aggressive and/or hydrocarbon-containing hydrocarbons without solid particles. The pump is suitable for pumping aggressive waste water treatment and processing, seawater treatment and desalination, water treatment in the textile, tanning and metallurgical industries and in petrochemical plants.
Notes: The pump cannot be operated in dry conditions. The temperature of the pumped liquid for models L and M is min. 0 °C – max. 120 °C. The maximum flow rate is 130 l/min.
All protective devices can be selected in accordance with the operating instructions supplied with the pump and taking into account the operating conditions in accordance with the applicable installation regulations for potentially explosive atmospheres.

leachate in landfills, the dewatering of liquids contaminated
liquids contaminated by hydrocarbons
and groundwater.
The multi-stage centrifugal submersible pump for 4” boreholes has impellers and diffusers made of special technopolymer with ceramic inserts at the point of wear.
The special mechanical seal, which is particularly robust and reliable, results in high wear resistance.
The maximum flow rate of the ID Alpha EX pump is 100 l/min.

The ID 316 DERBY PRO EX pumps aggressive, contaminated liquids. Open AISI 316 impeller, max. 40°C, robust, wear-resistant, ATEX protection only under water.
