Sump pumps are ideal for collecting seepage water in storage tanks, for pumping industrial waste water from wells or shafts, for use in livestock breeding and biogas plants and for removing condensation water. ATEX pumps can be installed in potentially explosive atmospheres. The pump has an open impeller made of AISI 316 stainless steel to prevent clogging by sludge and other small suspended particles. The maximum temperature of the pumped liquid is +40 °C. The pump is also available in a version for permanent immersion in hydrocarbons (ID EX series). The pump is only ATEX-protected when fully immersed.
